Liberty Wire - Johnstown is the largest producer of value-added carbon and alloy wire in North America located in Johnstown, PA. We are currently seeking qualified applicants for a full-time Sales Account Manager position to join our expanding team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive and enter customer purchase orders while ensuring accuracy
• Monitor and maintain all customer open order statuses and communicate any changes or delays where necessary
• Work with quality and shipping departments to ensure timely shipment of customer orders
• Provide customer driven reporting upon request
• Maintain organized and accurate record keeping of customer communications
• Communicate with production scheduling department any changes to customer requirements
• Maintain vendor manage inventory programs

Job Requirements:

• Experience in customer service
• Excellent communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the proven ability to work well with all levels of management and staff
• Bachelor degree preferred
